Curriculum Vitae
I received a BSc in Psychology from the University of Durham in 2012. In October 2012 I joined the ACC lab to start my DPhil.

Research
I am interested in attention, its neural processes and how attention can be improved. In my undergraduate dissertation back in Durham I looked at how mind wandering affects visual and verbal working memory. For my DPhil, I am moving towards studying basic attention processes, looking at focused and distributed attention and how attention fluctuates over time. I will investigate the neural processes behind these with techniques such as EEG. I will also look at how mindfulness meditation improves these types of attention.
